We have appointed Rob Marshall to head up new business development for our employee benefits consultancy. The new appointment forms part of Verlingue’s plans to expand its footprint in the UK employee benefits market with large SME and Mid-Corporate customers.
Rob, who will be based in Manchester, has over 20 years’ experience in the employee benefits sector, and joins from OpenMoney where he was responsible for product and proposition as Director of WorkLife. He has previously held senior consulting roles at BNY Mellon, Buck, Lighthouse Group, and Mazars LLP.
A recognised expert in Employee Benefits, Rob has previously specialised in pensions, group risk and healthcare, wellbeing, and digital delivery. He will oversee a national team of consultants and will report into Neal Lumb, Group Sales and Marketing Director, Verlingue.
