New ‘Navigate’ Platform
On Monday 29th April 2024, the MID will undergo a transition to a new, more streamlined platform called Navigate.
As a result of this change, all users will need to set up an account on the new platform. In order to do this, you will receive a login link and instructions from noreply@identity.mib.org.uk.
Once you have received your link, you will need to create a new password with two-factor authentication to access the new platform.
Please note that only the primary email account will be automatically updated, and additional users will need to register as new users. For those MID accounts with inactive or locked users, we advise you to immediately update these to ensure you receive the link.
Upcoming Launch Weekend
All vehicles currently registered on the MID platform will be automatically migrated to the Navigate platform over the coming weekend of 27th April.
Please note that access to the current MID portal will be unavailable after 18:00 on Friday 26th April 2024 and not available again until 08:00 on Monday 29th April 2024. During this transition period, users will not be able to make vehicle updates.
We recommend that you check your vehicles are up to date and, as a precaution, ensure your drivers have a copy of your certificate of insurance in case they are stopped over the weekend.
