Learning & Development at Verlingue
The Verlingue Academy will support your development from your onboarding and throughout your career with us.
We support internal progression with many of our team gaining promotions to management roles, and professional qualifications across a range of disciplines. From Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications to Accounting and Finance, HR and Marketing you will have the support you need to become professionally qualified. We are also active employers of apprentices and believe in fostering talent across the business with current apprentices in business admin, insurance, and HR.
Internal development opportunities are wide ranging at Verlingue. They include regular lunch and learn sessions, technical training, management development and power skills so you have the opportunity to be the best that you can be.
